Do you accept health insurance?

Insurance is NOT accepted. Payment via credit or debit card is due in full upon booking.

What is your Cancellation Policy?

Cancellations with more than 24 hours notice are subject to a 100% refund.

Cancellations with less the 24 hours notice will be subject to a 50% refund.

How does a Virtual Appointment work? What do I need?

After scheduling your session, you will be emailed a link to a private secure network that will be accessible 15 minutes prior to your visit.
 

To ensure efficiency, please be in a quiet room with strong internet connection and enough room to stand, move, lie down, etc. You may use your computer, phone, or iPad. 

What does a Virtual Appointment include?

All virtual sessions are one-on-one with Dr. Chelsea Barnes, a licensed Doctor of Physical Therapy. Sessions will be conducted on a private and secure platform from “virtually anywhere”!
 

The Initial Appointment (60 mins) will include a thorough objective assessment to identify your limitations or restrictions. From there, an individualized treatment program will be created for you that is tailored to meet YOUR goals. Each activity will be thoroughly explained, demonstrated, and reviewed to ensure proper form.

 

Each follow-up appointment will review the previous session, advance/modify activities as needed, and introduce new activities. Following EACH session, you will be emailed a typed home program with photos, descriptions, and exercise rationale to recap the visit.
